I'm Andi Harley, an experienced SENDCo, specialist dyslexia assessor and SEND consultant with over 20 years' experience in education and a Master's degree in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
My approach is practical, personal and child-centred. I'll help you understand your child's needs, identify the right next steps and work with you — and, where appropriate, their school — to ensure they receive the support they need.

Meet Andi
I'm Andi Harley, an experienced SENDCo, specialist dyslexia assessor, teacher and SEND consultant with over 20 years' experience in education.
I've worked closely with children, families and schools throughout my career, and hold a Master's degree in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities alongside my specialist qualifications in dyslexia assessment.
What matters most to me is looking beyond a child's difficulties to understand the whole child — their strengths, their needs and what will genuinely help them succeed. My advice is always practical, honest, sensitive and individual to the child and family I'm working with.
As both an education professional and a parent with personal experience of navigating SEND, I understand how overwhelming it can feel when you're trying to work out what your child needs and how best to support them.
